WHAT IS STEP AEROBICS
Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. The “step” is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform.
WHAT IS BARRE
Using a “ballet bar” for stability and stretch, the class is broken into different sections that focus on major muscle groups including the arms, legs, glutes, and core.
WHAT IS YOGA
Yoga (flow style) incorporates energetic movement through a series of postures, poses and stretches.
WHAT IS ZUMBA
Zumba is a dance party! Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
WHAT IS AMPD STRONG
AMPD STRONG is a collection of formats ranging from KETTLEBELL AMPD to Burn to Power Flow. The kettlebell class is a high-energy group fitness class using lightweight Kettlebells choreographed to music.
