WHAT IS AMPD® KICKBOXING

workout that anyone can do!

OUR CLASS FORMATS ROTATE

Be sure to check the schedule for what’s in rotation now. We rotate classes to ensure you utilize all your muscles and to prohibit a plateau. Looking to BUILD more muscle? We recommend joining the WOMENS COACHING PROGRAM. Here we use repetition to grow muscle, learn how to eat and so much more.
