HOW DO WE DO THIS?

TOGETHER OF COURSE. WITH OUR WOMEN’S ONLY COACHING PROGRAM:

1. Counting calories & macros will stop working when you get tired of counting them. Often finding the nutritional information for the food we love is nearly impossible and not to mention you have to pack a food scale everywhere you go…even on a vacation.

You deserve to enjoy your vacation – even when you return home from it.

Counting calories or macros doesn’t tell you anything about YOU as a person,  your body, or your life – the things that matter when working towards a goal.

2. Have you ever felt like you were doing sooooo “good”, eating all the right things and getting all your exercises done, feeling great and

decide to step on the scale for some validation – just to be blindsided by a number you didn’t expect to see. Instantly all those feeling vanish, and your left standing there hopeless an defeated once again. I’m here to tell you to get off the scale. Throw it out. It is the problem – not you, not your body.

3. Menopause (you might not be here yet but chances are you are perimenopause mid to late 30s). Did your doctor tell you weight gain during your transition is normal? Or did your doctors skip all the best information you needed to know before menopause and just tell you to lose weight by eating less carbs and sugars and exercising more.

4. Carbohydrates and Sugars are not the enemy. Everyone is talking about the keto and whole 30 diets right now but do you remember the master cleanse, Atkins, Orpah’s liquid diet, or the grapefruit diet? They all had their 15 mins of fame, this too shall pass.

If Quick Fixes Were Going To Work, They Would Have Worked By Now!

My entire life has revolved around my appearance.

In elementary school I was one of the tallest kids (taller than most boys and always on the back row for pictures). I developed (or blossomed as my mom would say), to the fullest and very early in life.

I remember in PE class they took our weight. I was 114 pounds, wearing a B/C cup bra and had a booty like J-Lo.
I had no idea what “114” meant. It had no association to me and my worth.

Until……
My friends started talking and telling everyone – “if you weigh 100 pounds or more you are nasty and fat.”

I most definitely was not fat (or nasty)! But I also didn’t know any better. So I lied!

This was the beginning to my downward spiral. My relationship with food suffered. My relationship with other people suffered. My relationship with myself suffered.

I experienced multiple eating disorders, from starvation to  binge eating to secret eating and excessive laxative abuse. Which led to a more serious drug problem. Yep, it happened.

But this is my time and this is your time to learn to love ourselves again without association to things that don’t actually determine our value.

I wish the girl I was then had coach, mentor, or a support system to say the number on the scale, the food on your plate – it does not define you. It’s ok to love who you are and to have goals at the same.

How it works & What's Included

Everyone starts in the Level 01 Women’s Coaching Program. There are 3 levels to advance to.

Nutrition Support

Learn nutrition skills to help you navigate any situation and continue reaching and maintaining goals.

TONE & BUILD NEW MUSCLE

Utilize muscle groups you don’t use daily. Learn about strength training & safety as you and your coach will develop a plan tailored to your values and goals. You will have a weekly Personal Training Session with your coach.

Companionship

This isn’t a free online pen and paper challenge. This is real human connection. You will interact with your coach both in person and online. You can also connect with other members if you choose to do so.

SLEEP MANAGEMENT

This is pillar number one. If your lacking in motivation and willpower, sleep could be why. We’ll develop and evaluate a sleep cycle for your success. 

STRESS MANAGEMENT

have you tried a diet, did all the things correctly and just never lost the “weight”? 2nd to sleep, stress could be the problem. We’ll develop a plan for this too! 

WHO WE WORK WITH

There are no “Rules” for who is allowed to participate, in fact everybody is welcome. Goals are not only “weight” based! But here’s who we are best for:

Women

99% of all fitPAC Members are women. Sorry dudes… Our programs are designed for fat burn and toning, all the things women want. We also often talk about menopause, pelvic health and menstruations as it pertains to your overall health.

30+ Club

This is not a booty shaking crop top wearing establishment. You won’t find our programs full of 20 year-olds. In fact most members are 40-65. 

Body Builders

Strength Training is important and we will lift “heavy” but we aren’t certified to help you reach “bodybuilder” status.  If your goals are to enter a body building competition we might not be the best option for you.

Beginners

YAY! It’s a big 1st step, but you can do it! All programs have a beginning with a range of options as you achieve your goals. It’s not a competition, you do you. Watch yourself grow. 

This PAC Has Your Back

Women, who are at least a little motivated and able to spend at least 1 hour a week talking to a fitPAC Coach.

The program starts in as little as 7 days. We don’t take your money immediately. We ask that you join the list so we can contact you and make sure this is the right fit for you. 

Most of the time our members join classes first but not always. Looking for online coaching with a real human? We do that too.

You’ll need to dedicate time meeting with your coach weekly (usually 1 hour) the rest of the time is totally up to you.

$95 /mo. No contract. No other fees. Keep what you’ve learned and completed in the app forever.
