NEW CLASS JULY 2022
Kickboxing (cardio tone) is coming July 2022!. This program is designed to combine various kickboxing, boxing, and mixed martial arts movements with great music to create a fun, high-intensity full body workout that anyone can do!
• Increased Strength – Participating in kickboxing 3 days per week can significantly improve body muscle power, flexibility, speed, and agility.
• Weight Management – People who regularly workout with kickboxing have lower body fat percentages and more muscle mass.
• Cardiovascular Health – Kickboxing classes have periods of high heart rate and periods of low heartrate which helps to vary the blood flow.
• Improved Core Strength – These movements will engage the core muscles throughout the workout especially during compound upper and lower body movements
• Improved Coordination & Balance– Throughout a kickboxing class you will be completing exercises that include shifting your weight quickly, balancing on one leg or moving in various directions.

This isn’t a get thin quick plan. In fact we’re not selling you a nutrition plan. We’ll help you stick to the one you’re on, or help you chose one that’s perfect for your life.
Anyone who has ever been on a diet knows there are sensible ways to lose weight, including eating a balanced diet and exercising.
There are also reckless ways to shed pounds, such as fads and diet aids that promise rapid weight loss but often recommend potentially dangerous practices.
Fitness Without The Guesswork.
Fitness (aka) exercise, is an accelerator when it comes to getting healthy.
Exercise can be fun. But it can also be incredibly complicated to come up with on your own.
We will develop a plan just for you, which may or may not include attending some of our Women’s Only Classes!
The classes have all 3 components, Resistance, Strength, and Cardio needed to achieve maximum results.

Build New Muscles
When you train one thing too often, it causes an imbalance in other muscle groups. Your brain learns how to best use the muscles needed for your workout, and it’s your job to trick your noggin into learning new exercises and movements to foster growth in your overall fitness routine.
Break Weight-Loss Plateau
Keeping your body guessing during workouts allows your metabolism to stay up, so you’re still getting the same effect and results as when you started.
Prevent Injuries
Incorporating a variety fitness classes, courses & routines prevents overuse injuries by allowing your body to use different muscle groups and not overload any one particular group.
And be sure to include strength training, cardio & stretch for recovery.
Keep a Healthy Brain
Exercise improves blood flow and memory; it stimulates chemical changes in the brain that enhance learning, mood and thinking. Exercise reduces the odds of developing heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.

This group of Gals is pretty amazing. They will welcome you in, lift you up, and support you inside and outside of the “class” room.
Anyone who has ever taken a “regular” fitness class at a “regular” fitness studio knows the walk in, workout and leave unconnected feeling. Not here. We will talk you up as long as you let us! They will even save you a seat at church, attend your wedding, and check on you when something terrible happens in your life. We make time for you inside and outside of “class hours”.
