WHO WE WORK WITH
There are no “Rules” for who is allowed to take classes, in fact everybody is welcome, anytime! But here’s who we are best for
Women
99% of all fitPAC Classes are women. Sorry dudes… Our classes are designed for fat burn and toning, all the things women want.
40+ Club
This is not a booty shaking crop top wearing establishment. You won’t find classes full of 20 year-olds. In fact most members are 40-80!
Body Builders
Sure we lift some weights occasionally but we tend to stay in the range of 1 pound to 15 pounds. And weights are 100% optional here.
Beginners
YAY! It’s a big 1st step, but you can do it! All classes have a range of options. It’s not a competition, you do you. Watch yourself grow.
What we hear most often
Here’s a list of the most common concerns members have.
Well we’re happy you’re looking to start! We are VERY beginner friendly. You can take your fitness one day at a time with us. We have members who start out in a chair all the way to those jumping around. We believe it has to be tailored to meet you exactly where you are today.
Preach! You know what, most of us (instructors too) are right there with you! But if you can manage to walk in the door to that class, you’ll leave feeling like a 10.
Great! We all start this journey in a place of uncertainty. But these classes are designed for your level, no matter what that level is. This isn’t a competition sport. It’s the beginning of your story.
Doubtful! Chances are if you’re thinking this, you’re the exact right age for these classes! We even specialize in silver sneakers classes. Most members are 40+ but we don’t have an age limit. Sally (a real member) is about to turn 80!
You should check with your doctor if you have injuries. Once cleared please know you have options! PS you’re not alone. Just about every member has at least 1 thing causing them pain. From lasting automobile accident injuries to full blown osteoarthritis. Please also let your instructor know so they can help you find a safe and comfortable way to exercise.
We’re all busy. You have to make time, make your health & fitness a priority. All in person classes are after “typical” working hours. Running late, who cares, come on in. Crockpot meals, HEB meals or Left overs on workout days make great solutions to feeding families during workout hours. Most of us push “dinner” till after class. BUT THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT EVERYTHING CAN BE DONE ON YOUR OWN TIME IN YOUR APP.
We won’t argue with you on that one! This isn’t a gym, this is fun (most of the time lol)! We always have great music going but more importantly you are not alone. Even if its just you and the instructor that day, were here to motivate one another. Plus you don’t have to wonder what the heck that machine is for at the gym.
