How Does the Program Work?

This woman’s program is a work at your own pace program with individual support and guidance from your coach in order to reach your specific goals.

You’ll also have unlimited support of the women on the journey with you using a 3rd party app. You’ll read through the lessons, complete evaluations and progress at your own speed. You will also have a weekly private coaching session and personalized goals with an actionable roadmap.

How Long is the Program?

Your initial program evaluation length will be 30 Days.
After the 30 days you will decide if you’d like to continue.
Typically women stay on the program for longer than a year, but it’s all up to you!
